What is an Artisan?
An Artisan is a cook/baker located in your community that has signed up with DRIZL to cook/bake their wonderful meals and share with you.
Is it safe to order meals from Artisans?
Yes, our Artisans all carry cottage licenses which means they all went through the same food preparation and handling training as those working in restaurants.
Where do Artisans prepare their meals?
Artisans prepare their meals in the kitchen that’s specified in their cottage license. This can be a designated kitchen in their home or a similar location.
Technical FAQ
I don’t see any meals in my feed or search.
It’s possible that there are no artisans available in your area at this time ready to make meals. Wait a bit and try again later.
How do I get a refund for a meal?
Contact us at support@drizl.app. Please include your order number and the reason you're requesting a refund.
I'm having an issue with the app. What should I do?
